30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging, with all accessories included (e.g., charging cable)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that show signs of use, damage not caused by us, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund, and we reserve the right to offer a partial refund or exchange instead.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us through our Contact page or email support@siasoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will confirm your eligibility and provide instructions on where to send the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo/video of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or free replacement, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like a different color or variant, please start a return for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer a refund or return for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
  • Items damaged due to misuse, not covered under normal use
  • Orders where the wrong shipping address was provided by the customer
