All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed, as delivery can occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather, or courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Siasoo is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country once your package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Siasoo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
